Norfolk, VA – November 15, 2013 - Wall, Einhorn & Chernitzer, P. C. (WEC) is pleased to announce the promotion of Matthias Needam to Cost Segregation and R&D Tax Credit Lead.
Matthias joined Wall, Einhorn & Chernitzer, P.C. as a Project Engineer for The Cost Segregation Group, in 2008. He is certified as a Truss Technician by the Structural Building Components Association. Matthias has years of experience designing structural components for commerical and residential buildings. He specializes in Research and Development Tax Credits and Cost Segregation. Using his vast knowledge of commerical building construction and accelerated depreciation, Matthias has helped create millions of dollars in tax savings for his clients. Matthias oversees Cost Segregation and R&D Tax Credit Services.
Matthias graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
