Innovations in technology are happening on a daily basis. We really appreciate Gartner’s view that organizations must understand the business and human impact first, then build the technology as a solution to identified needs. And, most often it’s the combination of technology solutions that drives the most innovation and strategy. We also appreciate the reminder that robots cannot replace a human’s mind and operate most effectively in a narrowly defined scope!
